Many new development projects start with an idea: for a new location for an existing retail concept or for a new form of use, for example for mixed-use properties. This idea comes from local authorities, retail, office, hotel or residential partners or even from Jagdfeld Real Estate itself – from good networking with all those involved.
This is followed by concept development, market research, market and feasibility studies, financing, obtaining building rights, planning and realisation. Jagdfeld Real Estate works step by step with experienced specialists in the relevant sub-areas to develop all process stages through to the final success of the project – in close partnership with the local authorities and the associated project participants.
As project coordinator, Jagdfeld Real Estate is a one-stop contact for the client: from financing and planning to completion. Our specialists under one roof respond to your wishes competently, quickly and flexibly:

We are currently developing this!
The development of retail parks and supermarkets is one of the main pillars of Jagdfeld Real Estate’s project development division, whose pipeline is well filled: we have currently signed contracts and secured plots for six out of town retails so that the next projects can go into construction in the near future.
Our most recent project is the local supermarket in Düren-Arnoldsweiler (NRW), for which we broke ground in June 2024!
This is the future: mixed use!
In times when land is scarce and expensive and living space is in greater demand than available, you have to be creative. The solution is to combine retail and residential. Either by adding residential units to existing retail “flats” where the statics permit. Or in the new development of mixed-use assets from the outset. Desired location profiles
Are you looking for a project developer for your out of town retail? Then please contact us with your exposé. For our out of town retail development and other uses, we are looking for plots of land from approx. 2,000 m², preferably in central service areas for the establishment of retail space. If properties do not meet these criteria, we are happy to create the missing planning rights.
