The idyllic small town of Halver in the Märkisch district is located in the popular Sauerland-Rothaargebirge nature park and has a catchment area of just under 17,000 inhabitants. Kaufpark Halver, one of the region’s central local shopping centers, was developed by Jagdfeld Real Estate in 1983. The main tenant is Rewe.
As part of the 2017/2018 revitalisation, the REWE store was converted into a “REWE – Ihr Kaufpark”. In addition to the modernisation of the store building, the outdoor facilities and parking areas were also redesigned and the tenant fit-out was completed. Since then, other tenants have included textile discounter KiK and the Hosselmann bakery.
