In a prominent location, in the immediate vicinity of Kirchheim’s pedestrian zone, the TeckCenter offers a broad pool of classic services, attractive brand suppliers and restaurants in over 20 stores. The center, which was planned and developed by Jagdfeld Real Estate and opened in 1978, was also extensively modernized by us in 2016: With an investment of almost 1.5 million euros, the almost 11,000 sqm center was brought up to date in 2016 in terms of technology, design and marketing. This has enabled us to significantly optimize management costs. The main reasons for this include the new lighting concept with modern LED technology, other energy-saving measures and the fundamental renewal of the building and security technology.
But the refurbishment also did justice to today’s consumer habits: the entire interior design of the mall was made brighter and friendlier with new floor tiles, new store fronts and new rest and relaxation zones. The new store fronts give our retailers more opportunities to present themselves attractively.
