Why we love local suppliers
Local suppliers play an important role in the local economy and community.
They offer people in their immediate vicinity convenient access to everyday goods and services. This is particularly important for people who cannot or do not want to travel to stores further away.
Local suppliers contribute to the quality of life by offering local products and thus supporting the regional economy. They also promote social interaction and can contribute to a sense of community.
They therefore represent an important anchor function for many retail, office and residential locations and are therefore also an interesting frequency and turnover factor.
We maintain our local supplier network
Due to their great importance, we maintain an extremely intensive and constantly growing network in the local supply industry. This includes the major well-known players as well as local, regional and specialized suppliers.
Thanks to our long-standing, very good partnerships, we are able to connect different locationconstellations proven partnerships with established local suppliers. However, we always remain open to new ideas and market players.

Opening of the most modern and sustainable local supermarket in Düren, North Rhine-Westphalia, in our development portfolio.
Jagdfeld Real Estate has constructed a modern building on the 5,314 m² site for the two tenants, the discounter ‘Netto’ and Café Schneider, which complies with the latest building regulations of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. For example, the ‘barrier-free concept’ not only includes a ramp and grooved stones, but the large window areas are also provided with various contrasts to make orientation easier.
The local supermarket is located at the entrance to the town, has a catchment area of around 10,000 inhabitants and is the centre of the community.
The anchor tenant is the Netto brand discount store, designed to the latest standards, with almost 1,100 m² of retail space.
The hypermarket with petrol station located in Dülmen (Coesfeld district, NRW) was developed and opened in 1987 by Jagdfeld Real Estate on a site area of 32,000 m² with a rental area of 9,800 m². The property's extensive range of local amenities reaches a catchment area of 47,000 inhabitants.
The idyllic small town of Halver in the Märkischer Kreis district is located in the popular Sauerland-Rothaargebirge nature park and has a catchment area of just under 17,000 inhabitants. Kaufpark Halver, one of the region's central local shopping centres, was developed by Jagdfeld Real Estate in 1983. The main tenant is Rewe.

The Delitzsch out of town retail developed by Jagdfeld Real Estate with its anchor tenants Kaufland, Deichmann, Mister & Lady, KiK and JYSK is located in the largest town in the district of North Saxony with a population of around 27,000.
Brandt-Quartier Hagen
New life at a traditional site: Where the famous Zwiebacke biscuits used to be made, Hagen's most modern out of town retail has been created with the ‘Brandt-Quartier’, managed by Jagdfeld Real Estate until 2023. Rewe, Aldi, dm and CleverFit, among others, await their customers as anchor tenants on 9,124 m² of retail and office space.

The Plaza Frankfurter Allee mixed-use quarter, located directly on the Magistrale of the same name - the shopping street of the Friedrichshain district - is synonymous with a lively neighbourhood in the heart of Berlin. Living, shopping, services, eating out, studying and modern workplaces all under one roof.
Opened in 1970, ‘Forum Steglitz’ was one of the first shopping centres in Germany to be reopened at the end of August 2022 after a thorough revitalisation. The new mixed-use property now covers more than 35,000 m², of which around a third is now office space, and has 578 parking spaces in two multi-storey car parks.
The mixed-use property ‘Gut Kullen’ in the Aachen-Laurensberg district, consisting of retail and residential units, was acquired by Jagdfeld Real Estate in 1982 for a fund it had set up and has been fully managed since then.
The property with a retail park (consisting of 10 retail and service units) and 232 residential units is located in the west of Aachen in the immediate vicinity of Vaals in the Netherlands.
Bonn-Bad Godesberg
The Fronhofer Galeria is the attractive hub for shopping in the centre of Bad Godesberg and the gateway to the pedestrian zone. It thus complements Bonn's second largest - and from the point of view of Bad Godesberg's residents the most attractive - district with modern retail concepts. The local suppliers in the Fronhofer Galeria include: REWE and dm.
The City-Center Bergedorf, CCB, is located in the south-east of Hamburg, directly on the Bergedorf harbour of the Serrahn and has excellent connections to Bergedorf railway station. With over 80 specialist shops, it offers a wide range of shopping facilities and services. Among the local suppliers in the CCB are: Edeka, Kaufland, and Budnikowsky.

Developed by Jagdfeld Real Estate over 25 years ago, ‘Forum Köpenick’ is located in the heart of the Berlin district of the same name, Köpenick. Since its opening, it has offered a wide range of shopping opportunities with over 100 speciality shops. Among the local suppliers in Forum Köpenick are: REWE, Denns, Vitalia, Rossmann and Tchibo.
Since 1999, the Rathaus-Center has been the place in Pankow where people from the district and the wider catchment area come together. With around 80 specialist shops on three shopping levels, strong anchor tenants and a balanced mix of sectors, the centre serves the people of Pankow to meet their daily needs.
The DollartCenter retail park in Emden is located to the south of the Larrelt district in the west of Emden and is the largest shopping centre in East Frisia. With 23,000 m² of retail space, it offers a wide range of shops and services. With over 40 shops, it is a central point of contact for the residents of the region. The RIESAPARK in the town of Riesa in Central Saxony is a versatile shopping centre that offers a wide range of shops and services on over 45,500 m². The local suppliers in the Riesapark include: ALDI Nord and Rossmann.
PEP Torgau is a modern shopping centre in Torgau, Saxony, which offers a wide range of shops and services. The LIO is a charming shopping centre in the Berlin district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf, located directly at the Lichterfelde-Ost S-Bahn station. Jagdfeld Real Estate took over the Siegerland-Center Weidenau in 1991 and converted it into a shopping centre. In 2001, the Siegerland Center-Weidenau was converted and extensively revitalised by Jagdfeld Real Estate. It is a popular shopping centre that offers a variety of shops and services under one roof. With the local suppliers REWE and dm, customers' daily needs are met in the immediate vicinity.
