Kettig, local supplier

In December 2018, Jagdfeld Real Estate celebrated the opening of the local retailer “am Mittelweg” in Kettig. It was sold to a regional bank just before its completion. Jagdfeld Real Estate needed just 5 months for the construction.
The local supermarket is located at the entrance to the town, has a catchment area of around 10,000 inhabitants and is the central hub of the community.
The anchor tenant is Netto Marken Discount, designed to the latest standards, with almost 1,100 m² of retail space. As one of the most modern Netto stores, the Edeka subsidiary offers around 4,000 items, a wide variety of organic products and an environmentally friendly reusable range.
The offer is rounded off by the traditional artisan bakery Geisen. A large, independent café with a modern store design concept and feel-good factor has been created on 157 m². In addition to hand-baked bread, rolls, pastries and cakes, there is a breakfast and fair trade coffee from their own barista.
Kettig is a local community in the district of Mayen-Koblenz in Rhineland-Palatinate and is centrally located in the Middle Rhine Valley, close to the Rhine and directly on the B 9 which leads to the A 48 federal highway.
