Jagdfeld Real Estate has constructed a modern building on the 5,314 m² site for the two tenants, the discounter ‘Netto’ and Café Schneider, which complies with the latest building regulations of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. For example, the ‘barrier-free concept’ not only includes a ramp and grooved stones, but the large window areas are also provided with various contrasts to make orientation easier.
The local supermarket is located at the entrance to the town, has a catchment area of around 10,000 inhabitants and is the centre of the community.
The anchor tenant is the Netto brand discount store, designed to the latest standards, with almost 1,100 m² of retail space.
The hypermarket with petrol station located in Dülmen (Coesfeld district, NRW) was developed and opened in 1987 by Jagdfeld Real Estate on a site area of 32,000 m² with a rental area of 9,800 m². The property's extensive range of local amenities reaches a catchment area of 47,000 inhabitants.
The idyllic small town of Halver in the Märkischer Kreis district is located in the popular Sauerland-Rothaargebirge nature park and has a catchment area of just under 17,000 inhabitants. Kaufpark Halver, one of the region's central local shopping centres, was developed by Jagdfeld Real Estate in 1983. The main tenant is Rewe.
The Delitzsch out of town retail developed by Jagdfeld Real Estate with its anchor tenants Kaufland, Deichmann, Mister & Lady, KiK and JYSK is located in the largest town in the district of North Saxony with a population of around 27,000.
New life at a traditional site: Where the famous Zwiebacke biscuits used to be made, Hagen's most modern out of town retail has been created with the ‘Brandt-Quartier’, managed by Jagdfeld Real Estate until 2023. Rewe, Aldi, dm and CleverFit, among others, await their customers as anchor tenants on 9,124 m² of retail and office space.

The Plaza Frankfurter Allee mixed-use quarter, located directly on the Magistrale of the same name - the shopping street of the Friedrichshain district - is synonymous with a lively neighbourhood in the heart of Berlin. Opened in 1970, ‘Forum Steglitz’ was one of the first shopping centres in Germany to be reopened at the end of August 2022 after a thorough revitalisation.
