Düren/ Berlin, 01.07.2025. Asset manager “Jagdfeld Real Estate” has now agreed four new lettings for 1,845 m² in the “PLAZA Frankfurter Allee” in Berlin-Friedrichshain, which it manages: “PLAZA Frankfurter Allee”: As of today, 01.07., “TERTIA Berufsförderung GmbH & Co. KG” will move into 380 m² of space on the 2nd floor. On August 1, the “World Mission Agency – Winners Chapel International Germany e. V.” will move into 360 m² of space on the 1st floor and “apm Holding GmbH” will move into 860 m² of space on the 3rd floor. And as of November 1, “Gruner Deutschland GmbH” will occupy 245 m² of space on the 2nd floor. Two new lettings have been created in collaboration with the real estate agency Aengevelt.

PLAZA Frankfurter Allee accommodates over 50 tenants in 42,484 m² of office, retail and restaurant space and offers 700 parking spaces. The Düren-based asset manager “Jagdfeld Real Estate” has been managing the property in Berlin’s trendy Friedrichshain district for a group of investors for over 25 years.
