Strandhotel Zingst

The Strandhotel was developed by our group of companies in the classic seaside resort style in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst.

The individual hotel with 123 high-quality rooms and suites – most of which have balconies and open or glazed loggias – can be reached via Seestraße. The beach hotel with its inviting, large hotel lobby, the Nautica restaurant, the Oyster Bar and the Milo private dining salon also offers a spacious 1,400 m² spa and wellness area with an exceptional feel-good experience at the highest level. The southwest-facing hotel park with the neoclassical-style bathing pavilion with indoor and outdoor pool, whirlpool, treatment and changing area, as well as fitness and relaxation rooms, solariums, a spacious sauna area and a separate sun terrace. The town center is 50 meters away and the public beach is a two-minute walk away.

Modernization is planned from 2022. Institutional investors have already approved investments of around € 7.3 million in 2021 to fundamentally modernize and expand the first building on the square.

The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst is the youngest Baltic Sea spa resort in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and also the largest town on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. Zingst lies between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, in the middle of the “Vorpommersche-Boddenlandschaft” National Park.

Opposite the hotel complex is the pier to the Baltic Sea with its white sandy beach as well as the dyke and main promenade with pedestrian zone. The Boddenhafen in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park is just a 15-minute walk away and offers a unique nature experience – the autumn migration of tens of thousands of cranes. The Bodden landscape on the Zingst peninsula is the largest crane resting area in Central Europe.
