Following on from 2023, asset manager “Jagdfeld Real Estate” has also closed 2024 with new record take-up in the letting business, signing new contracts for a total of 86,274 m²: Last year, new contracts were concluded for 43,628 m² in the retail sector (+50% compared to 2023), 33,700 m² in the office sector (+77% compared to 2023) and 8,946 m² in the residential sector (+57% compared to 2023) (see table).

Compared to 2022, the increase is even more pronounced, as retail sales rose by more than two thirds and sales in the Living segment almost doubled, while sales in the Office segment were almost four times as high.

“These are excellent figures that many of our larger competitors would like to have. I am particularly pleased for our institutional clients, for whom we manage almost fully let properties.
