Refurbishment
Since 2022, three important office tenants have been tied to the property in Bad Godesberg on a long-term basis with funds provided by the owner Real I.S. Investment GmbH, and extensive modernization measures worth EUR 1.6 million have been implemented by Jagdfeld Real Estate in the process.
The “Be Fit” fitness studiois expanding by 605 m² to 3,173 m², making it the flagship property of the “Be Fit” group as a “lifestyle studio” for premium fitness. The owner had already invested 800,000 euros when he moved in last year.
In addition, the existing tenant “ip.labs”, a software development company based in Bonn and part of the Fujifilm Group, is moving to a completely redesigned space of 790 m². The move is planned for the beginning of October.
And thirdly, an area of 2,150 m² will be refurbished to a high standard in accordance with the wishes of the new tenant “QS – Qualität & Sicherheit GmbH” – known for its QS test mark for foodstuffs – which will bundle its Bonn locations in the Fronhof Galeria office next March.
