The international “c/o 56 Chemnitz”, developed and managed by our group of companies, is situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Chemnitz, directly on the Schlossberg with park-like surroundings and right next to the castle church and the castle pond. The lobby, restaurant and banquet area were brought up to date in 2017.
The city of Chemnitz is the most industrialized region in Central Germany with the core areas of the automotive industry and mechanical engineering, automation and future-oriented microsystems technology. Since our development, more than 7,000 new companies have settled in Chemnitz and the region, including such well-known companies as Volkswagen-Motorenwerk, Union Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH and Hörmann Rawema. Continental AG and IBM are each represented by branches. The hotel with 214 rooms and 12 suites, 21 conference rooms, wellness area, restaurant and bar benefits from the numerous business guests of the nearby companies.
Since summer 2021, Jagdfeld Real Estate has managed all aspects of the hotel itself. Extensive revitalization is planned from 2025.
