Frankfurt-Sossenheim, Westpark residential complex

The Westpark residential complex is located in the Sossenheim district in the west of the Rhine-Main metropolis. Thanks to its immediate proximity to the A5, A66 and A648 freeway interchange, the location is very well connected to long-distance traffic and can be reached quickly from Frankfurt city center. Frankfurt Central Station and all inner-city destinations can be reached in just a few minutes via the adjacent S-Bahn station. The nearby Main-Taunus-Einkaufszentrum shopping center offers a full range of retail outlets. There is also a grocery store, a daycare center and municipal leisure facilities within walking distance for daily needs.

A total of 33 buildings with 408 residential units are located on the fund company’s approx. 20,000 m² site, which together provide a rental area of around 25,500 m². Some of the units are built in rows, others are open to the west in a U-shape. The appealing architecture and the restrained use with 3 to a maximum of 5 upper floors ensure manageable house communities with the advantages of a good neighborhood. The green design of the residential streets and inner courtyards is intended to enable open-space-oriented living and at the same time adapt to the high recreational factor in the surrounding area. More than half of the district consists of green spaces and in the southern part borders on the floodplain landscape of the Nidda, which is part of Frankfurt’s green belt.
