Düren/ Riesa/ Torgau, 22.12.2025. Jagdfeld Real Estate has appointed Daniela Eichler as the new center manager of the “Riesapark” and “PEP Torgau” shopping centers. The trained businesswoman, who was most recently in charge of event management for the city of Torgau, will be responsible for the two retail locations in Saxony from January.
“We are delighted to have gained Daniela Eichler, a committed career changer who, as a native of Torgau, is very well connected in the region,” says Michael Bünnagel, Head of Center and Property Management at Jagdfeld Real Estate, who most recently filled the positions on an interim basis.
The 54-year-old Eichler, who has gained a wide range of experience in various administrative and corporate positions, is looking forward to her new role: “‘Riesapark’ and ‘PEP Torgau’ are attractive retail locations that are of great importance to the region. My declared aim is to further improve and strengthen them,” says the Torgau native.
The “Riesapark“
The “Riesapark” in Riesa, a town with a population of 40,000 in Central Saxony, offers over 45,500 m² of large-scale anchor tenants (Aldi, toom, Medimax) in the food, consumer electronics and DIY sectors. With a total of over 50 stores, 3,000 free parking spaces, optimal integration into the public transport network and direct access to the B 169, the “Riesapark” is a central point of contact for a large catchment area.
The “PEP Torgau“
The “PEP Torgau” in Torgau in northern Saxony serves as a supply center for the 20,000 inhabitants of the rural district town and its surroundings. The shopping center extends over 30,000 m² and offers a diverse mix of stores, including Kaufland, dm and Obi. The “PEP Torgau”, which comprises around 30 stores, is very easy to reach by car (600 parking spaces) and public transport.
