Mixed Use in Berlin

In 1995, Jagdfeld Real Estate developed a mixed-use office and commercial building, integrating retail, services, and dining in the trendy Friedrichshain neighborhood with the Plaza Frankfurter Allee. Notably, up until 2019, the 38,000 m² property housed a 120-room hotel by the Arcadia Group. In 2020, this space was transformed into an academic area: the acclaimed Private University “IU Internationale Hochschule” is now the new tenant in this successful mixed-use facility.
