This contract was also signed on a long-term basis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIn these times, managing a shopping center with a 100% occupancy rate is a rare achievement. It is particularly satisfying to round out the \u2018Forum Steglitz\u2019\u2014as we have done here\u2014with additional high-quality tenants who further enhance the diversity of offerings and are committed to staying for the long term,\u201d says Marius Lorenz, Head of Leasing at Jagdfeld Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>The &#8220;Forum Steglitz&#8221; in Berlin<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cForum Steglitz,\u201d which opened in 1970, is one of the first shopping centers in Germany; it reopened at the end of August 2022 following a comprehensive renovation and expansion. The mixed-use property now spans more than 35,000 m\u00b2, approximately one-third of which is office space, and features 578 parking spaces in two parking garages. Its strong focus on local amenities, including the modern \u201cSuper Fit\u201d fitness studio, rounds out the comprehensive offerings of this conveniently located center on Schlo\u00dfstra\u00dfe, one of Berlin\u2019s busiest shopping streets.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The largest office tenants are HISolutions AG and the Free University of Berlin. The largest retail tenants are Edeka with its premium flagship store, Bauhaus with a city format and Lidl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property owner is Real I.S., which has entrusted \u201cJagdfeld Real Estate\u201d with the center management, property management, and leasing management, as well as technical property management and building services for the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Jagdfeld Real Estate&#8217;s Retail Properties in Berlin<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jagdfeld Real Estate manages a total of five retail properties in Berlin: In addition to the \u201cForum Steglitz\u201d and the \u201cLIO\u201d in Lichterfelde, these include\u2014in this case also as asset manager\u2014the shopping centers \u201cRathaus Center Pankow\u201d and \u201cForum K\u00f6penick,\u201d as well as the mixed-use \u201cPLAZA Frankfurter Allee\u201d in Friedrichshain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jagdfeld-realestate.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/26-10-19-PM-JRE-erreicht-Vollvermietung-im-\u00b4Forum-Steglitz\u00b4_EN.pdf\">Press release<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Mister Spex&#8221; Opticians, &#8220;Mago&#8221; Butcher Shop, and &#8220;Washbear&#8221; Services are now open at Berlin&#8217;s &#8220;Forum Steglitz&#8221; Berlin\/D\u00fcren, October 19, 2026.
