Asset manager \u201cJagdfeld Real Estate\u201d has now agreed four new lettings for 1,845 m\u00b2 in the \u201cPLAZA Frankfurter Allee\u201d in Berlin-Friedrichshain, which it manages: \u201cPLAZA Frankfurter Allee\u201d: As of today, 01.07., &#8220;TERTIA Berufsf\u00f6rderung GmbH &amp; Co. KG&#8221; will move into 380 m\u00b2 of space on the 2nd floor. On August 1, the \u201cWorld Mission Agency &#8211; Winners Chapel International Germany e. V.\u201d will move into 360 m\u00b2 of space on the 1st floor and \u201capm Holding GmbH\u201d will move into 860 m\u00b2 of space on the 3rd floor. And as of November 1, \u201cGruner Deutschland GmbH\u201d will occupy 245 m\u00b2 of space on the 2nd floor. Two new lettings have been created in collaboration with the real estate agency Aengevelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are thus continuing the transformation of \u2018PLAZA Frankfurter Allee\u2019 into a center for modern and high-quality services.
