The 10,000 m\u00b2 site in the Arnoldsweiler district will have a total rental area of 1521 m\u00b2, which has been leased long-term to &#8220;Netto Marken-Discount&#8221; and the Leo bakery and confectionery from Aachen, which will operate a caf\u00e9 there. There are also 75 parking spaces.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;The highlight is the high level of sustainability, which is rarely achieved today. I am particularly pleased that we can realize this prime example of sustainable construction at our home location in D\u00fcren.
