Special property management

Rented condominiums are popular capital investments. However, not every owner can or wants to take care of the management of their property themselves. We are happy to take on this task for our customers.

Our full service includes all services relating to property management – from new tenancies to rent collection, correspondence, complete invoicing and – in the most unpleasant cases – dunning procedures and termination. If requested by the condominium owner, we also represent their interests at the owners’ meeting.

When managing condominiums, we naturally submit all tax-relevant documents such as annual accounts or tradesmen’s invoices in such a way that they can easily be used for tax returns.
